Features:

 (1) Two-component, good adhesion to metals without any corrosion.

 (2) Room cure, or heat cure to fasten the cure speed. 

 (3) Good transparency, can form a clear silicon elastomer after cured. Especially suitable for optics and LED components potting and encapsulating. 

 (4) Good yellow, heating and cold tolerant, and UV resistance.

APPLICATION:

(1) Encapsulating the soft strip lights or other flexible neon lights .

(2) Protecting the electronic components.

(3) Protecting the jointing of communication cable and parts

(4) High sealing the optics fittings 

(5) Potting and protecting sensor parts.

Good adhesion to flexible PC circuit board, silicone casings, apply in encapsulating and waterproofing of full casing and half-casing in LED tube light. The waterproof level of encapsulated half-casing up to IP65, and the full casing up to IP68. 

PROPERTIES

 Directions: 

1. Measurement 

Fully mix component A before using, accurately weighing A part, and then put the Part B to mix with Par A by mix ratio. It can adjust by your own needs according to the specification.

2. Mixing

Put Part B in the bottle with Part A, evenly mix them immediately. And should tighten-sealed the Part B after using.

 3. Pouring

Put the mixed glue evenly into the product which need encapsulate immediately. 

4. Curing

The encapsulated components can be room cured, and it can put into next process after 10 to 24 hours full cure.
